Microsoft plans to show off their latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS at Build 2014, which is an All-in–one Microsoft developer conference that serve to publicize new programming tools, OS road-maps , products and major company pronouncements. Moreover , Microsoft is also expected to announce the changes that comes to the Xbox One .

While Microsoft plans to introduce their new WP OS , new video leaks from a China-Based website CoolXap revealed some of upcoming features that comes along the Windows Phone 8.1. The video reveals some of the key features of the upcoming WP 8.1 .

The video shows the new notification center in Windows Phone 8.1 .
The notification menu looks and works the same way as in the Android OS.

Another key feature revealed in the video was the Live Tile background images. This feature enables the users to choose a picture from Facebook , OneDrive or any other app and use it as the background for Live Tiles creating a parallel effect such as the ones seen in Apple’s iOS 7.



These leaked videos where featured on Nokia Lumia 630 , which is expected to be launched along the Windows Phone 8.1 OS at Build 2014. The device is expected to have a 4.5 inch screen with 800x480 resolution and is to be supported with Quad-core Snapdragon 800 process and 1GB RAM.





Just like Siri for iOS, Microsoft is also planning to bring in a Personal Assistant - Cortana. This Personal Assistant has been discussed a number of times in the past. But, there seem to be no new update about Cortana.
Microsoft might be planning to make it a secret and bring it out to give a sudden shock to their fan and the consumers.
